Confirmed Must Ride (CMR) is Continental's highest priority freight product. We guarantee that CMR shipments will ship on a flight-specific basis within the United States and to select international destinations.

Book domestic U.S. shipments with our Cargo Customer Service Center at least two hours prior to flight departure, and tender them at least 90 minutes prior to the flight. Shortened cut-off times assure that domestic CMR shipments move as efficiently as possible.

Using CMR to international destinations, you can fully access Continental's worldwide route system. CMR service is available on Continental flights from the mainland United States to the Caribbean, Canada, Europe, Mexico, Latin America, South America, Guam and Tel Aviv. International CMR shipments require booking through our Cargo Customer Service Center and a tender time of at least four hours prior to flight departure.

The following provisions apply:

• Maximum weight per piece: 350 lb. This also applies to international shipments originating on domestic narrowbody flights.
• CMR shipment charges are 175 percent of your current general rates.
• When domestic or international CMR cargo fails to move as promised, we will refund shippers the difference between the applicable CMR rate and the applicable general freight rate. Certain restrictions apply.
• You must tender domestic CMR shipments at our cargo facility at least 90 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure.
• You must tender international CMR shipments at our cargo facility at least four hours prior to scheduled flight departure.
