According to TSA security requirements, CO Cargo cannot accept packages from "Unknown Shippers" (commercial or private shippers not qualified by TSA requirements) or "Non-TSA Approved Indirect Air Carriers" (freight forwarders, integrators, couriers or consolidators without TSA certification). Shipments received from TSA approved Indirect Air Carriers must be from known shippers only. No cargo from an unknown shipper will be accepted for transportation. Continental QUICKPAK®
QUICKPAK is Continental’s highest priority small package express product. Whether expediting a package across the United States or across the globe, you can count on QUICKPAK because it is an airport-to-airport, flight-specific express product and it guarantees that if a properly tendered shipment does not arrive on the flight specified, you are entitled to receive a full refund of the related shipping charges (except for conditions beyond Continental’s control). EXP
Continental has designed EXP to be the highest priority domestic and international general freight category. EXP shipments are guaranteed to move on a flight-specific basis, and shortened cut-off times mean EXP shipments move as efficiently as possible.

GEN
Continental offers 8:00 a.m. second day availability on general air freight tendered by midnight, or one hour prior to freight office closing time, whichever is earlier.

TrustUA

TempControlSM
Continental has designed this product to meet the temperature-controlled shipping needs of premium commodities such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, works of art and perishable foods. It offers our customers a true unbroken cold chain.

PetSafe
Continental is committed to safe and comfortable travel for all of our customers, including animals. Because we share your desire for a stress-free flight for you and your pet, we have enhanced our animal acceptance policy to transport all pets as QUICKPAK. GlobalLINK
Continental’s GlobalLink Service offers U.S.-based agents an expanded international system by closely working with our specially-selected, high quality, airline partners. This premium service permits Continental to move freight shipments from many Continental locations in the U.S. to over 200 international destinations outside of the Continental route system.

Specialty Shipments
Continental handles all specialty shipments, both domestic and international, with care. This includes high value items, dangerous goods, perishables, live animals and human remains. Special restrictions and requirements may apply.
