Confirmed Must Ride
The assurance of knowing what flight your shipment is leaving on and when it will arrive.
Confirmed Must Ride (CMR) is Continental's highest priority freight product. CMR shipments are guaranteed to move on a flight-specific basis within the U.S. and to select international destinations.
Book domestic U.S. shipments at least two hours prior to flight departure with our Cargo Customer Service Center and tender no later than 90 minutes prior to the flight. Shortened cut-off times mean domestic CMR shipments move as efficiently as possible.
Get access to Continental's international route system using International CMR. International CMR service is available on Continental flights from the mainland U.S. to Bermuda, Canada, Europe, Mexico, Latin America and Guam. International CMR shipments require booking through our Cargo Customer Service Center, and a tender time of no later than four hours prior to flight departure.
The following provisions apply:

· 450 lb. maximum weight per piece. (This also applies to international shipments originating on domestic narrowbody flights.)

|
· CMR shipment charges are 175% of your current general rates.
|
|
· CMR shipments failing to move as promised will be refunded the difference between the applicable CMR rate and the applicable general freight rate, domestic or international. Certain restrictions apply.

· Domestic CMR shipments must be tendered no later than 90 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure at the Continental Cargo facility.

· International CMR shipments must be tendered at least four hours prior to scheduled flight departure at the Continental Cargo facility.
